How soon can buildings be re-occupied after spray foam is installed?

The application of spray foam can produce hazardous levels of airborne chemicals during and just after installation. These chemicals will degrade into non-hazardous compounds. Because of these short-term airborne levels, re-occupancy of the work area by other trades or building occupants is typically 24 hours. This includes any pets in the home.
Surface Preparation:

All surfaces to be sprayed must be clean, firm, dry and free of dust, dirt, oil, wax, grease, mildew, and efflorescence.
Temperature

Substrate (the material being sprayed) must be above 0 degrees.
Moisture
-
Moisture content of the substrate (material being sprayed to) must be 15% or less

Relative humidity must be below 80%
