For cathedral ceilings and flat roofs insulation can be added on top of an existing ceiling.
Where there is limited room for insulation spray foam is ideal as it air seals as well as insulates. Spray foam insulation provides perhaps the greatest R-value per inch and with proper installation it covers all cracks and gaps giving you the highest level of protection and comfort and giving you the greatest benefits of energy savings which saving you money.

This particular lake house was loaded with bat guano (poop). While we love our little flying insect eaters they are a big problem with a nasty smell when they move into your roof.
DURING
Old insulation and vapor barrier need to be removed.
AFTER
Smell gone! exceptional insulation and air barrier made this home much more comfortable and healthy.
